We have worked with may Realtors over the years, both in California and Vermont. Bree stands out as an extraordinary professional in many ways. She is one of the most responsive and attentive people that we've encountered in this business, whether it be days, nights, weekdays or weekends. She's got a strong team which provides good backup and "depth of bench" which is important to keep things moving. She has a great knowledge of the Rancho Santa Fe area, which was helpful to us as we are just learning the community. She also listened to us and was always working to make things go well for our purchase. We couldn't be more pleased with how things went working with Bree and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Rancho Santa Fe CA area.

It was a wonderful pleasure to work with both Bree and her colleague Madison when marketing our home in Rancho for rent. She found tenants for us in days and her wonderful photos and descriptions really helped finding someone quickly. We both were so happy with all aspects of here work and would recommend her to any prospective person selling out renting property on the Ranch and surrounding areas. Well done.

Bree is the most personable, honest & hard working realtor I’ve ever worked with. She listens & offers great guidance and expertise. She guided us away from one of her own listings, the listing we found her through, because she knew we were struggling with the style of the home (loved the location but not the style). She patiently and graciously worked around our strict schedule (we were living out of state) and our strict budget to land us the perfect home for us. I’d highly recommend her!
