We cannot say enough good things about Rob and Jaime!! They were instrumental in both selling our old house and helping us find the perfect new home. We had had a bad experience selling property in the past so, when we prepared to sell my father’s condo in San Diego, we decided to meet with and interview 6 Real Estate agents in order to decide who to contract with. The sale was complicated by the fact that the apartment needed significant upgrades as it had been neglected for many years. Furthermore, we live in Florida so would therefore need to rely extensively on whomever we chose. We selected Rob Donahue because he was prepared for our discussion, had significant relevant experience and came across as knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy. We were not disappointed. In fact, Rob met or exceeded our expectations on every front. He helped us navigate through the upgrades and changes so that we made smart financial decisions. He had contacts who performed the work and Rob managed the process from beginning to end keeping us informed at every step along the way. We sold the property quickly and above asking price and, thanks to Rob, with very few complications. An excellent outcome. Rob Donahue’s hard work and expertise in real estate has made possible the purchase of three homes for my family. Six years ago he found my daughter’s family a beautiful house in La Mesa. This home has been the source of memorable family gatherings and celebrations. One year later a small, fixer-upper condo came on the market and Rob acted quickly on our behalf to secure this property as it would not last long on the market. As we were then living in Los Angeles, Rob facilitated the transaction process and everything ran like clockwork. After Escrow closed he put me in contact with a contractor who turned this condo into a perfect little home away from home. You would think at this point his work was done but not Rob, he supervised the work while we were in LA. His job is not over until he makes sure you are all settled in your new home. Fast forward five years later. We made the decision to move permanently to San Diego. Rob found the perfect condo for us in the Bankers Hill area we have come to love. From start to finish his negotiation skills made it possible for us to get our dream home. We are so grateful to Rob for everything he has done for us!

If you are thinking about selling or buying a home, look no further than Jamie! She is hands down the best realtor we have ever worked with. Jamie helped us every step of the way to present our home to garner as much interest as possible. We received an offer the first weekend it was on the market.
