Rob was referred to us by a dear friend and retired realtor. He came in and guided our entire family to help make the selling of the family home seamless. Not only did he give his full effort to get the house sold with his expertise, but he volunteered to help in ways most realtors would not. We had had a bad experience selling property in the past so, when we prepared to sell my father’s condo in San Diego, we decided to meet with and interview 6 Real Estate agents in order to decide who to contract with. The sale was complicated by the fact that the apartment needed significant upgrades as it had been neglected for many years. Furthermore, we live in Florida so would therefore need to rely extensively on whomever we chose. We selected Rob Donahue because he was prepared for our discussion, had significant relevant experience and came across as knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy. We were not disappointed. In fact, Rob met or exceeded our expectations on every front. He helped us navigate through the upgrades and changes so that we made smart financial decisions. He had contacts who performed the work and Rob managed the process from beginning to end keeping us informed at every step along the way. We sold the property quickly and above asking price and, thanks to Rob, with very few complications. An excellent outcome.
