Breanna did an amazing job of walking us through the homebuying process as first time homebuyers and getting us into a home that is perfect for us. While we spent tons of time looking at listings, the one we ultimately purchased was sent to us by Breanna. She was very responsive and made sure to follow-through on every question and concern we had. We had great confidence buying with Breanna.

Let’s start first and foremost by saying that Jen Lange is a phenomenal real estate agent! Jen was recommended to me by a friend who had just recently closed on her first condo. I was casually perusing Zillow and wasn’t quite ready to buy yet as I was waiting on my Dream for All loan application. Knowing that I was waiting for a loan approval that could take at least 3+ months, Jen encouraged me to go see places available on the market with her so that she could get a better understanding of what I was looking for in a home. This way, we’d be ready to pull the trigger if/when I received loan approval. She was incredibly kind and patient with me as we looked at various condos. She asked me about the features I was most interested in in a home, which neighborhoods I’d like to live in, if there were any community amenities I’d like, etc. She implemented a rating system of 1-7 after each home we saw to help me better gauge what I liked and didn’t like. Jen was also very knowledgeable in so many aspects. For example, she pointed out that the windows in one of the homes were all double paned (a plus) because the house was within a certain distance to the airport/under flight paths. Homes in these locations were required to install heftier windows to reduce noise. Jen was very good at pointing out the pros/cons of each place we looked at, citing any structural concerns, etc. Once we had an accepted offer, Jen was so helpful in walking me through the entire home buying process. She described everything step by step, what I needed to do to move the process forward, helped me to quickly get inspections done, what to expect next, helped me with negotiations…the list could go on forever. Jen seriously was the best. She checked in with me every day and made sure everything was going smoothly and checked in on me emotionally to see how I was feeling about the entire thing. Even after closing, Jen recommended to me a few different contractors to use to remodel the house before moving in. She also gave me some advice on what to do with certain items in the home and how I could potentially spruce up the place. The contractor Jen recommended to me did an amazing job and I thank Jen for making everything happen! If you’re looking to buy a home, go with Jen! She’ll make the entire process so easy!

As a first time home buyer, my fiancé and I couldn’t have been happier working with Jen. Jen was patient and understanding throughout our entire home search and guided us every step of the way. She was very responsive, attentive to our needs and flexible with open houses. I would highly recommend Jen and am thankful she was part of our journey.

Joanna Morrison made a dream come true. She helped us realize a dream and it came to fruition. We reached out to her to help us look for a condo in San Diego. She, along with the help of Dom from Zillow helped us get into a beautiful condo that we did not think we could ever achieve. Joanna has to be one of the kindest and chillest person we met. She has extensive history dealing with properties from the low end to the high end. That is something I appreciated with her. She did not have any prejudice with us when we were buying in our price range. She treated us with respect and kindness from our first meeting and thru out. Which is rare to find in people nowadays. Joanna answered all of our questions, even the silly ones. She is responsive thru text and call. She is also very connected in San Diego. She recommended a highly rated inspection company to inspect the property and it is very thorough and professional. All in all, I highly recommend working with Joanna. She is a great realtor and great friend. She made our dream come true. We were lost in the world of home ownership and realty.
