We were lucky to have Bridgett as our real estate agent. My sister, who lived in Woburn passed suddenly. We live in Florida and felt very disconnected through this whole process. I feel Bridgett went above and beyond her responsibilities to make this sale go as smoothly as possible. Bridget was an amazing in helping us find our first home during a crazy time. We were in the middle of covid and we had a rather short deadline as we wanted to purchase a home before our wedding. She was super responsive and willing to answer any questions we had through the process. In the end, she managed to find us a home within our budget, just a few weeks before our wedding. I have recommended many people to Bridget and we plan on using her in the future for our next home.

Bridget is far and away the greatest agent on the planet. There aren't enough good things to say about our transaction. When my husband and I found our our rental was being sold, we were given three months to find a new place to live. We ultimately had no option to put an offer in on our rental, we didn't want to rent anymore, and so our search began. I reached out to Bridget, explained our scary/time tight situation and she immediately put us at ease. She assured us numerous times not to worry "I won't let you be homeless" and boy did she deliver!! From first contact to the closing table was about 8 weeks, literally unheard of in this market! Her dedication sets her apart. From setting up searches, to checking in daily, to going to battle for us when we needed it, Bridget went above and beyond our expectations! When she couldn't accompany us to an open house that we ended up wanted to submit an offer for (and won by the way!!! Yay!) , she went on her own an hour away from her house, just to check it out. She drove an hour plus both ways, just to make sure we can put our best foot forward. When our lender completely dropped the ball and almost lost us thousands of dollars, Bridget jumped in immediately and quite literally saved the sale and our money. When the seller left a bunch of unwanted items, she immediately rectified the situation with the list agent. When I was beyond stressing and wanting to quit, she assured me were doing the right thing. Having the ability to buy in this market is a blessing and we were lucky enough to have an agent that fought for us every step of the way. When I say Bridget will go above and beyond, I mean she will go way above and way beyond. Not all agents are created equal, and I am beyond grateful to have such a great agent on my side.
