I initially started working with Bruce by email. He sent me possibilities for a house/land on the Cape as I requested. He frequently checked in to see if I needed any updates to my specific interest. We also talked a few times about some properties over the course of 10 months. Yet, he was never pushy or intrusive. By chance, I found a house when we visited the Cape and informed him about it. We met the next day and he completely took us under his wing, giving sound advice on how to proceed. He suggested an offer within our budget (and included an escalation clause which prevailed in our purchase), drew up paperwork and scheduled to go to the Open House with us the next day. Despite the fact that everything happened quickly and felt overwhelming for me personally, Bruce was so reassuring and positive. Within the next three days, we became the lucky owners of the house we wanted to purchase. We absolutely could not have done it without Bruce's help every single step of the way. He stayed in close contact with us each day by sending emails with the necessary information. He was always willing to talk with us at a moments notice about any concerns we had. He scheduled the closing at his office and then went with us to the house for the walk through--making the whole experience more relaxed. He was a complete pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for property on the Cape. As he said at the closing when he gave US a beautiful photo he had taken of a Cape Cod landmark--"Contact me at anytime. I will always be your realtor".

Bruce is so great to work with. He didn't pressure us into anything and had a great relaxing style that made the process less stressful. He was in touch with us throughout the process. No high pressure sales but good solid advice.

We started working with Bruce when COVID first hit. He was so wonderful in addressing our desire to want to see a lot of places as well as our concerns regarding safety. He was so thorough in his research and made sure that he chose properties that only truly fit our criteria as well as staying in our price point. He contacted us daily via email and/or phone call to check in. Once we made an offer, he was available 24/7 to ensure everything went smoothly through to the end of the process. He also visited us in our new home and brought us a beautiful framed portrait of the Bourne Bridge. Bruce was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and approachable, I would recommend him highly to anyone.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Bruce. Not only did Bruce provide my family with excellent professional service, he also showed care and thoughtfulness during the entire process. I really appreciate how Bruce went above and beyond to help us out. Bruce is an outstanding realtor and I would definitely recommend him without question.

We were thrilled with personal touch and effective advice that Bruce provided us throughout our entire home purchasing process. In fact, this is the third home we have purchased and he, by far, provided the most support, was the most proactive in predicting our needs, and generally made us the most comfortable that all of our concerns would be addressed. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a home on the Cape or looking to part ways with their existing home. He even followed up multiple times post-closing to make sure we had all the help we needed.
