We researched agents on the island extensively before choosing the team of Tahiti & Nani because of our circumstances. We were not on-island for any of the process. Tahiti & Nani organized FaceTime walk-throughs on very short notice. They provided local background of the area to help guide our decision making. For our home, Tahiti wrote up an offer in less than 1 hour to meet the other agents' demands (confirming for us we hired the right team). Finally, the team organized all the necessary inspections & docs to make our closing & move in worry free! We are so thankful & we highly recommend!

Tahiti and Nani were incredible. Prompt, patient, knowledgeable. They went above and beyond even helping watch our 2 big dogs while we looked at properties. It felt like we had partners in this process who understood our needs and shared their knowledge freely. We couldn't recommend more highly.

Trying to find and buy a home in this competitive market was not an easy task. Tahiti and Nani were always available to answer our questions and to show us potential homes any time we asked. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Both Tahiti and Nani really show how much they care for their clients as well as the community and neighborhood they live in. Tahiti Reed's professionalism, integrity, and dedication are what impressed me the most. Her hard work paid off and resulted in me receiving a selling price far more than I had ever imagined. I attribute that to her knowledge of the area, her preparation, passion, dedication, and commitment. My home received several offers after the first day of open house and before you know it I was closing within a weekend. I couldn’t believe it. I left the entire transaction in her hands and everything went as smooth as silk. All that was required were my signatures. She truly has a gift.
