Josie was recommended to me by my son who had used her to purchase his house. She was the best agent I could hope to have. She was quick to return my calls and always willing to set up appointments and answer any questions I had. When I finally found my house, she was quick to put in a bid and was great at keeping me informed and gave great advice when I asked for it. Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She listed our home and we had offers the next day. She helped us pick out the best offer for our home and explained what each offer meant. when purchasing our home, she helped negotiate the offer. Josie was absolutely fantastic. We contacted her after receiving an informational flyer in the mail regarding recent sales in our area.
