Dave was absolutely amazing to work with! He was patient, kind and thorough! This was my first time selling a home and he made it very clear and simple for me to understand. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He went above and beyond making sure everything was taken care of. I had left the state/home and he went to check on the house for me while I was away to make sure there were no issues come time to close. He had everything covered and truly went above and beyond to make this process and simple and smooth for me as possible. By far the best realtor for new homeowners!!!

Dave and his family are the best in the business! Dave took the time to understand our family's needs, and gave his honest opinions about homes and any upkeep costs (if any) on every property we looked at together. He was extremely patient and understanding when explaining any, and all questions my wife and I had as first time buyers. If we needed recommendations for house repair contractors, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, or lawyer resources, Dave had an expert circle of trusted advisors we could also take advantage of from the start of our home search, to the final closing of our beautiful home!
