I took 9 months to choose a Real Estate Agent because I was selling my home in Portland while I was living in France. After speaking with various agents I choose Dan because he had an outstanding record (he had sold 38 houses in the previous 24 months with 16 years experience). In addition - from start to finish - he treated me like I was his number one priority, never having to use the phrase “I haven’t forgotten about you”, even though my house was just a one bedroom and he had recently sold a $900,000 home (according to my research). He was not only incredibly professional but he was like a friend. He even offered to check in on my mother during the covid quarantine several times! When it came time to sell I had high expectations (don’t we all) and Dan surpassed them all. The house was only on the market for THREE BUSINESS DAYS before Dan secured a buyer for $11,000 MORE THAN LIST PRICE!!!! Unbelievable! I highly recommend Dan. He is a professional, a friend, and quite possibly a super hero.

Flat rate commission structure saved us a lot of money. Dan rolled up his sleeves to help us close on the house of our dreams at the best price possible. He is a superb negotiator, and that's where his biggest value is. From initial offer, competing with other buyers, back and forth with counter offers, and negotiating inspection items, we feel like we got everything possible. We never felt pressured. We have worked with other agents, but we never felt like the deal was handled as well as with Dan.
