Darlene was really excellent throughout whole process. She was very professional and had lot of patience, she was very calm and never talk abut any difficulties or problems , she was able to keep us very calm and was on top the happenings all the time . She was was working closely with condo association and communicating with everyone in this matter . It is difficult process to sell even on small condo and can be very frustrating, but we always heart positive progress from her and her office . Darlene and her team are very familiar and are experts in Palm Beach area, she could tell price immediately and advise about value for money. Darlene also help with purchasing different unit in the same community since was very difficult for us to deal to with owner by ourselves .

Darlene was superb in the sale of my condo. She advised me on pricing and preparing the condo for showing, and guided me through the closing. Always replied to phone calls and emails right away. She and her team very professional, responsive, proactive.
