Very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time to find the right price for my home. I would use him again in a second. His followup was also superb and his recommendations were wlll thought out and easy to understand.

I've been through two seperate real estate transactions, with Ken. First as a seller and most recently as a buyer. I first used Ken approx. 14 year ago when selling my home and moving out of state. Ken was fantastic. He recommended some minor enhancements to the home which really increased eye appeal. Not only did he make those minor recommendations he also had very reasonable and inexpensive rolodex of resources who did exceptional work. Recently I moved back to the area and started looking for a new home via the internet. On a couple of web sites I left my contact information. My phone and e-mail started to explode. The next day I contacted Ken and informed him that he was going to represent me through the purchase process this time. Great decision on my part. Ken did his homework and focused on exactly what I was looking for. We went and saw a total of 30 homes. Ken was patient, flexible and extremely pragmatic. Ken will never tell you what you want to hear, but rather will be objective and speak his opinion, very different from some other real estate professionals that are more interested in their commission than finding you the perfect home. We finally found the right house and everything was moving along pretty smoothly until near the end. Lawyers vs lawyers mucking up the process. I reached out to Ken and on the final business day before our closing he went into action. Ken removed all of the hanging chads and by the end of the day I felt he had moved mountains. Ken has an impressive way of getting things done in a very professional manner. If my house burned down tomorow I'd first call my insurance agent, then I'd call Ken next. Then probably friends and family. I highly recommend Ken and couldn't see using another real estate professional in the Chicago area.

Ken is not only super professional but also very laid back. He is always very attentive in helping and getting things done. Also is honest and upfront if doesn't think the value is worth what listed. Nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Ken.

I found Ken to be a most honest, capable, professional, hardworking and straightforward individual to work with throughout the process of selling my home in Streamwood Illinois. Ken’s knowledge of the local housing market is nothing short of excellent and his responsiveness is simply awesome and refreshing. Ken’s expertise of the home selling process was most helpful to me from the planning stages prior to the listing through the time of the closing of the sale of the property. As to Ken’s negotiation skills, I found him to be a quite realistic and skilled Representative for me as a seller.

Ken was referred to us by my husband's brother who also helped them purchase a house. We were happy with dealing with Ken as he was very patient with us, and seems to get an idea of what we want in a house. He was also very helpful in providing the good and the bad in all of the houses we saw, even just for a second opinion. He was also quick to respond to any inquiries and viewings that we had. Would highly recommend him to people we know.
