Dee and Herman were a pleasure to work with, they were very kind and professional. They understood what I was looking for and kept my best interest in mind through the whole process. Dee was very patient with me through out, and also helped me find good tenant for my previous house. She was very thorough in applicants to ensure I would not run into any issues with the tenants in the future.

Dee and her team are absolutely amazing. They made our first home buying experience the most memorable and easy. She is a true professional who helped us secure our home for less than we expected to pay. They understood all the ins and outs and without her we definitely wouldn’t be able to buy our dream home. Dee and Herman were amazing to work with and I appreciate their support and guidance in helping me buy my first home! They were straight forward with me which helped me decide on my purchase based on my available options. They helped my parents buy their first home in 2005 and 15 years later they helped me buy my first home. Dee helped me through my first home buying experience, and I couldn't be happier with her masterful assistance!! She is incredibly experienced in real estate and knew just how to help me through the complicated process. She was always patient with my questions and always available to talk when I needed her! She spent extra time with me to go over documents and explain what was happening. She knew the Valley neighborhoods really well and took great care to understand my personal preferences before showing me homes. She was kind, sweet, and generous with her time!
