It’s been a year since she found us our forever home. She was patient with us in our search, knew what we wanted, and how to wade through the process. Without her help we would not have gotten our house. She stays in touch even today and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

After months of searching, Dianna found us our dream home. She knew the area well, and as we were not from the Paso Robles area, this was extremely helpful. After working with us and showing us many properties over the course of months (we were not in a hurry) she found us the perfect property that had every one of our criteria. Dianna was always available and answered our numerous question and addresses many concerns we had about various properties. We are very happy with our purchase and the excellent service we received from Nest Coast Reality.

Dianna was great! Being first time home buyers, this whole process was quite intimidating. But she helped my husband and I through every step and really took the time to educate and guide us through the whole process. We loved that she is a Dave Ramsey Real Estate ELP and was in sync with our financial goals as we were looking and deciding on a home. She was available whenever a house popped up that we wanted to see and was super patient during the lengthy 9 months it took us to find the right home. We felt like we could really trust her with all her experience and knowledge and she was always completely honest with us as we discussed pros and cons of houses. She has a great reputation with the local lenders and title companies, which made the process across the board smoother and easier. Dianna will work for you and do whatever is necessary to find and get you the keys to your dream home. We would definitely recommend her!

The service that we received from Dianna was far beyond our expectations. She was there from beginning to end - always available - I mean "always". We gave her 5 stars in this review but she really deserves a "10". I cannot say enough good things about her. She sold my home in three days and guided us every step of the way in finding and purchasing our new home.

My husband and I decided to look for a home in the Paso Robles area. We really were not certain what we wanted, but we began looking with Dianna Vonderheide. She showed us all kinds of places, and we continued to look for about six to eight months before we found exactly what we wanted. We purchased that home, had tenants living there for two years, until we were able to move to Paso Robles from the Central Valley in September of 2014. Diana never gave up on us, even though it took us many months of driving over on a weekend to look for property. She was always cheerful, professional and encouraging of our efforts to find a new home. We love our home in Paso Robles and are so happy be now located on the Central Coast!! Diana also helped my husband find a property to purchase as a rental home, since he sold two pieces of property in Visalia and needed to find something within a certain time period. She helped him find exactly a perfect home in Templeton which he now owns as a rental property. Both of our experiences with Dianno Vonderheide were fabulous and we would heartily recommend her as YOUR real estate agent!
