If you are looking for a great realtor, we highly recommend Eva Meier! We recently purchased a house and could not have done so without her! Her knowledge or the area and expertise in real estate were evident in all of our interactions, which made our two-year search for the “perfect home” a pleasant experience. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home, both location-wise and in style of home. She incorporated our feedback on properties we were shown to refine her search so we could focus on the most promising opportunities. Most importantly, since we were working with her remotely, we were able to trust her judgement when the “perfect” house came along. Through this remote process, she kept us informed on every aspect of the closing transaction, and continued (tirelessly!) to help us, after closing, by identifying AND scheduling contractors for needed repairs. Thanks to her, the whole process of buying a home was seamless and went amazingly well, and we are so happy with our purchase, and grateful to her! She went above and beyond all our expectations of a realtor, in every aspect, and made us feel confident we were making the right purchase! Eva truly enjoys her work, and will work tirelessly for her clients! Highly recommend!!! 5 stars all around !

At 71 years old, I’d almost given up on the dream of owning my own home, especially in the wildly expensive Southern Californian housing market! To make matters more challenging, I wanted to live within a short distance of the beach and the La Jolla university where I’d spent most of my working life. Eva Meier convinced me to try. She was undeterred by the challenges and ended up not only finding me an affordable home within walking distance of the campus and only a very short drive or bus ride to the beach, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that I understood and completed all the complicated steps necessary to both qualify for a loan as a first-time buyer and to complete a property purchase in California! Only once during the process of hunting did I consult another realtor, and soon discovered just how much Eva stands above and beyond others in her field. She is tireless, more dedicated and hardworking, and doesn’t give up. You can trust that she will work as your advocate, champion your best interests, and ensure that your real estate experience, whether a purchase or a sale, is a pleasant and worthwhile one.

Eva is an outstanding realtor and woman. She understood what I wanted and patiently took me to see place after place and asked the right questions to make sure the place I chose was the right one for me . She was always available for a call and text. She helped me in so many little ways Eva gives her all and was a true partner in both the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new condo. Eva’s kindness and generosity of spirit are genuine. Eva is knowledgeable and trustworthy and she lessened the stress of the move. She is a genuine partner and I highly recommend her as your realtor. I cannot speak highly enough about Eva Meier.

As first time home buyers, my husband and I needed someone to walk us through the process step by step. Eva not only walked us through the process, but made sure we understood absolutely everything. We were able to find our perfect home in less than a month. Eva was available to show us properties when we were available and really listened to what we wanted. We are so happy in our first home!!
