I have never really taken the time out to comment on places or people, but this experience deserves sharing. I live in an area of NY where there are high expectations. I had recently come to California to manage a real estate transaction for a family property. I was without a network, or connections for references. Because of a positive passing comment, I was fortunate to pick up Grace’s name and card. I am totally awe struck of her efficiency and professionalism that transpired throughout the entire process! From the initial introduction and handshake through the expedient negotiations and closing, there was not one moment of doubt that I were in the hands of a first class sales agent. She was direct and honest, but always with poise and kindness. Always friendly, but on task. She was well versed in the current market. We got exactly the offer at the price point Grace suggested. I prepared a lot of questions before our initial meeting. I practically had no questions to ask when she completed her presentation, because she was so through in assessing the situation. Grace not only pointed me in the right direction for so many related real estate chores I needed to take care of, but she had a wealth of resources and advice for issues I would not have even thought to cover. The efforts she put forth not only during the process, but her follow up long after the completion of the deal, was above and beyond. As in many sales experiences, things can feel pushy, and not always in the best interest of the client, but never once did I feel her interests came before ours. What is typically such a stressful event (selling, moving, packing, and endless details)….. somehow with her magic, this gem of a realtor made it the most positive experience possible I wish all my business and personal dealings could be this amazing and successful. Kudos to the Re/Max organization for having such representation and high standards.

Before we found Grace we were trying to sell our home for 6 months with no luck. When our contract with our previous realtor was up Grace was the first realtor we spoke with and I knew after our first conversation that signing with her as our realtor would ensure that our home would be sold in a timely manner. Grace was extremely honest with us at let us know where we were making decision that were hurting us when it came to selling our home. I am certain that if it were not for her honesty expertise and hard work we would still be paying for a home we weren't living in. She had our home sold within a month and we can’t thank her enough!! Thank you Grace!
