Jessica is a ROCKSTAR! she recently helped us purchase our first home, she navigated a tough market and was able to get us exactly what we were looking for, and she was our best resource throughout the entire process. Jessica CRUSHED IT on the sale of our investment property in Cherokee Point (SD). Just a quick example of her awesomeness - when a rude neighbor started putting his motorcycle and junk on our property in the middle of our escrow, it scared the buyers away (who wants to live next to that). She went over to the property and took charge (politely, but was ready to kick some butt if necessary). She talked to the neighbor and made it all go away for us! She was professional but always kept it light, personable, and fun which I appreciate!
