We were referred to Jimela by our first agent when we switched locations we were looking in. In the beginning we met her over zoom as she was out of country. She set us up with an associate to view the properties we wanted to look at and added more (outside of our discussed budget) to view. While touring the properties the associate told me of a beautiful place, I asked where it was and was told we wouldn't want it, it was small. Later that day I saw the property she referred to and asked to view it the next day. We were told again we wouldn't like it, it was noisy there etc. After pushing to see the home again, the viewing was set up. We loved it and made an offer. I don't feel like Jimela did anything except the bare minimum. We were an easy sale. Things like having the property professional cleaned and carpets cleaned were left out of contract. I've never bought or sold a home where that wasn't standard. Response time to our emails and questions were slow. She actually said"read your contract " as an answer to a question. We definitely were not high on her priority list. We would not recommend her.

Jimela is the best. She works hard on your behalf and is very knowledgeable. She also knows the area very well and is very resourceful. I would recommend her very highly.

Working with Jimela on the sale of our home was a pleasure. Jimela is a true professional. The photographer she hired for the listing did a phenomenal job as well. I truly believe in the value of high quality photos. And Jimela delivered. Thank you Jimela.

Jimela is reliable, responsive, and honest. I cannot imagine a better realtor for first time home buyer. She took time to understand my needs and patiently lead me through the process without trying to rush me into a home. Her knowledge is expansive, ranging from information about specific neighborhoods to the nuances of mortgage lending. I highly recommend Jimela to any aspiring home buyer.

I can't recommend Jimela and Allure Homes highly enough! We worked with Jimela this spring to both sell and buy a home during a very challenging time in the real estate market. Jimela was honest, thoughtful, responsive, professional, very knowledgable about the neighborhoods and area, quickly caught on to what we were looking for (or not), clearly experienced and savvy in negotiations, and overall a gem to work with. She truly cares about her clients, and went above and beyond to help get us into our forever dream home, and got our old place on the market and sold within 5 days. She made what could have been a very stressful time (contingent sale) far less so. Don't hesitate to call Jimela! You'll be in good hands.
