Barry was always prompt, responsive, professional and positive. He went above and beyond constantly: watering plants, cleaning up details I had overlooked, checking on the mail, helping close of utilities, etc. He even calmed my fears about the process on MANY occasions. Barry's professionalism, timeliness, and responsiveness was above and beyond. He was able to set realistic expectations and kept our family updated throughout the whole process. We met with Barry Brown by chance when he was the listing agent on a property and we're so thankful we did. He's the best! Barry was willing to meet us on short notice and he was always knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. When it finally came time to move on a property, he shepherded us through the entire process - offering fantastic advice or recommendations when needed.
