From the start John and Beth made an excellent team. Their presentation to us, review of our home features and comps of the area were professional and well thought out. Their staff took great care of us from staging, photos and all the way to closing down our utility accounts. Beth’s planning and marketing strategies paid off. Our house was on the market for less than a week! We got what we expected to get in price. Their advise going thru the negotiations and inspection was very valuable. We would highly recommend John and Beth to anyone selling their home!!
