Ben Stephen is absolutely the BEST realtor ever! He is honest, professional, kind, hard working, wise, and an excellent negotiator. He helped us find and buy our house. We are very detailed individuals and desired MANY features to the house we were seeking. Ben very patiently, kindly, and without a judgemental attitude helped us search for our perfect house. After closing escrow, Ben continued to help us with many more items and situations going WAY above and beyond our expectations. Ben has integrity and a wealth of wisdom. We couldn't be happier with Ben's services when selling our home. At the end of the day, what matters is that we sold our home for asking price in less than a week, while two comparable properties are still stuck on the market. We think this was in no small part due to Ben's efforts in proper pricing, coaching us to prepare the home, staging and marketing. Ben also went out of his way after the sale was made to make the closing and move-out process as smooth as possible.

Ben consistently makes customer care his priority and it shows! I worked with Ben to sell my house in July 3019. He tirelessly managed every aspect of the selling process for me; from doing vast amounts of research about my home, neighborhood, and community to figuring out the right selling price, to ensuring my house was in tip-top shape to show! He spent many hours at my house fixing anything that needed fixing! He must have saved me thousands of dollars!!! What other realtor does that?? We sold my home in less than 3 weeks! I’m extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend Ben to anyone who plans on selling or buying. You just can’t get better than Ben!

I've never worked with a more conscientious realtor then Ben. I've sold 3 homes before the transaction that I just completed and Ben went above and beyond with extra effort to help with ideas for staging, planting trees in the backyard, light landscaping, touch up paint and cleanup. He was professional in all of his dealings and became a close friend over the time period to sell the home. I'd recommend him to anybody who needs their home sold.

Incredibly helpful. Ben really went out of his way to help us. Made us feel at home and at ease even through the "normal" challenges. Ben did many additional extra things to help us out.
