Simon just sold my house in Walnut Creek, took a while to get it ready and he was very helpful getting it cleared and organized for me I want to thank you so much for all your help and kindness in getting me through a very emotional and stressful time in getting my house sold.I am so grateful I was able to work you You could always make me laugh with your witty sense of humour, you say the funniest things. I recently was surprised by my current “rent to own” situation degrading to a “notice to quit” situation. Simon quickly went into action by providing all of the available properties in my area and making himself available to view these properties. Thanks to very concerted team effort, I was able to select from several locations and quickly make offers and close within 6 weeks. Thank you Simon!

My wife and I recently bought a house with Simon's assistance. I liked working with Simon because he was always available via phone, text, or email for anything we needed. On short notice, he could meet me during the day to check out one house quickly or spend the whole day looking at multiple listings. When we visited a house, he did a great job of being there to answer questions but also giving us time and space to explore the house. He used his experience to point out aspects of the house that we may have missed. If we saw a house we liked, he emailed us comps the same day. This was critical to putting together offers in a competitive market. In the end, we made 3 offers with the last one being accepted. We are very happy with our new home and the purchase went very smoothly. Throughout the process Simon was very engaged, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Simon to anyone in need of a great realtor.
