Joe was awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. This was a great help to us as this was the first home we had sold and had quite a few questions. During this crisis of the pandemic, he was thoughtful and caring, and followed up to see if we were okay. This showed the kind of person that Joe really is. I have recommended him to others and will continue to recommend him, he is GREAT!

We live in the Bay Area and when it was time to sell our rental home, we knew the only person we wanted to help us through this process is Joe O’meara. He had worked with both of our daughters on buying and selling their homes in San Diego. They only had the best things to say about Joe and when it was finally our turn to sell, he didn’t disappoint us. Joe is truly a professional - very knowledgeable, a great communicator, organized, tactful and always follows through. My husband and I are very detailed individuals and we expect a lot from anyone we work with. We couldn’t have been happier working with Joe. We will look to work with Joe again if we decide to buy another home in the San Diego area.

My husband and I worked with Joe in our first home-buying process and he made everything easy for us! His knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism were top-notch and made the experience super-smooth. One thing I really appreciated about Joe was his excellent advice from his years of experience and my husband and I came to really trust him. I was surprised at how hard Joe worked for us and really came to appreciate his profession and all the work he put into making us happy. At the end of the day, not only did we get a great house, but we felt like we made a friend too. I don't think we could have asked for a better buying experience!

I can't thank Joe his team enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time they spent assisting me. Joe and his team worked very hard and were always available to help me through the process – even with me living in Italy with a nine hour time difference! Joe was very proactive and was able to provide great insight to help secure the winning offer in a multiple bid situation! He continuously fought for my best interest and proved to be very trustworthy. Not only does Joe and his team have expert knowledge of the processes, but all of the references they use from plumbers to home inspectors are extremely professional and easy to work with. Joe’s team did all the work and made a monumental task of paperwork so easy! He was completely honest and transparent with me throughout the whole process and has earned my business for life! I will definitely suggest Joe to anyone I know who is selling or wanting to purchase a home. Joe, you are an expert in your field and I was lucky to have you as a Realtor!
