AAA+++. On our first meeting, Justine presented us with a book, a hardback book, with all of our neighborhood statistics and values of properties! Very professional and impressive. She listened, answered questions, and made us feel as if we were her number one priority. There was never a time when we felt unsure of her ethics. Nothing is ever 100% when it comes to selling a house, but she always made sure we understood the matters. She was open with us in her concerns for situations arising, added costs, and more. We didn't have to waste our time or get frustrated about seeking and hiring workers to prepare for the sale of our house because she had a ready list of referrals for some really good contractors, plumbers, handymen, etc. Overall, Justine was with us throughout the whole process constantly updating us and reassuring us. Communication was excellent. She made our out of state relocation on this end very smoothly. Thank you Justine!!

Anyone reading this, overwhelmed by finding an agent, can stop worrying and just work with Justine; we cannot say enough good things about her! She just helped us sell our home in Hillsboro, OR and we could not have been happier with her expertise. From the beginning, it was clear she was collected, competent, and confident, with a ton of experience. She gave us great advice on areas to focus on when prepping for listing, including fantastic contractor recommendations. We even asked her to pull in our listing date by a week on short notice so that we could make a quicker offer on our next place and she accommodated us with no issues at all. In the end, she was able to get us a very strong offer, over our asking price, within a weekend, and communicated perfectly throughout the process. We very much wish she could have worked our purchase as well but we moved further away.

Justine did an amazing job selling our home. She made the whole process easy. We had so many questions and she took the time to answer every single one. We ended up moving out of state but if we stayed in the area we would have requested her help finding our next home. She did an amazing job.
