I can’t say enough great things about Karen Mai. I chose Karen after watching a video she had done explaining key steps and things to consider when selling a house and after speaking with her via FaceTime. She was clear, straightforward and very knowledgeable. It was obvious she was honest and trustworthy (not always the case with realtors), which turned out to be exactly the case. Her advice and knowledge of the market were invaluable, and I followed her lead in terms of pricing and preparing the house for sale. As I had bought and was living in another property in another town, Karen took charge, superbly managing contractors, stagers, gardeners, etc., to get the house ready for sale. Her marketing skills really shone. Her Open Houses were well attended and there was a lot of interest in the property. Once on the market, the house was in contract within 14 days. We had multiple offers over asking at a time when there were some uncertainties in the market. It was a pleasure working with Karen, and I appreciate deeply her expertise, her ability to stay on top of things and follow through and her guidance throughout the selling process. Would I work with her again? Absolutely!

Karen Mai EXUDES a super abundance of patience and optimism. She has EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills, going FAR and BEYOND To Be Of Assistance To Her Clients. Ms. Mai recently helped us with the purchase of a Fixer Upper Property. Although the transaction process was VERY INTENSE, Ms. Mai handled our transaction with APLOMB.

So basically my parents are not native speakers, so they always want somebody who can help them in Cantonese. Tina always work hard and opens everything to us. She is reliable and responsible. It’s definitely my pleasure to work with an agent like Tina. She helps us in so many way and provides different kinds of useful information. We met a lots of hardships, but Tina helped us to go through this. She is great and understanding!

Tina was a great help in our first home buying process. It is notoriously difficult to successfully bid on a home in San Francisco. Tina was able to help us secure a home on our first bid, for a good price! She also worked closely with the selling agent to make sure our inspection requests were met.
