Kelly was the very best realtor I have ever worked with. In my past I have bought and sold probably 10-12 homes and have never met a more considerate and focused realtor. I have bought and sold homes in the millions , however my last purchase was a small downsized home , my point is you would have never known my house search was for a home under $400,000. Kelly treated me as if I was buying a mansion., always showed me homes I asked about even when she hinted from her knowledge of the area it maynot be the right fit but suggested we see it so I could check the house off the list. Kelly helped me find a great mortgage broker and a contractor I am currently using to do some renovations on the home I just purchased.

Kelly did an awesome job with helping me with all the paperwork, she answered all my questions in a timely manner. She set up appointments for any place I wanted to look at. She helped figure out the best places that worked with the VA loan company. She went above and beyond what all the other agents did. If you need the best agent in the state that's her.

Kelly was amazing! She was very responsive and was on top of coordinating houses for us to tour. I would give Kelly a list of 6+ houses and she would get us tours scheduled within 24 hours of me messaging her. During house tours, Kelly was really crucial and beneficial for us. As first time home buyers, we don’t always know the questions to ask such as “How old is the roof?”, “How old are the shingles?” etc. and Kelly was on top of it. Kelly made sure our prospective buys were as transparent as possible and that we understood everything along the way. After finding our home, Kelly communicated with us throughout the entire purchasing process and even helped us with inspector recommendations. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped us sell one property and made sure we were prepared to buy our current home within the same year. She’s very thoughtful and has a network of professionals to make every transaction and negotiation seamless. If you need help selling or buying in the MA/RI area, do not sleep on this agent! Aside from her market knowledge, great communication, and understanding of real estate law - she’s also super entertaining and very witty. Her approach and relatability makes potentially high stress situations seem like a mundane list of smaller inherent or implied tasks and she’s great at keeping her clients on track to their desired outcome. Kelly, with her knowledge and patience made the process of selling my home in Rhode Island and buying my new condo in Massachusetts very easy. She never made me feel pressured and was on top of every detail along the way. She was responsive to emails and texts so quickly and was able to set up several showings for me to look at properties, often within a day or two. She even helped me hire movers. Kelly was very kind and caring and I am truly grateful for her expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate within Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
