"We love our house." It's a more-than-daily mantra that's a culmination of 3 years of house-hunting. As luck would have it, about a year and a half into our search, we heard about Kerri Crowley. Since we met, Kerri has been understanding, empathetic, patient, thoughtful, respectful, and professional. We tried looking at old houses, new houses, custom builds, fixer-uppers, and townhouses. You name it, she was there for us. She gave honest advice when we needed it, and hopeful words when we had lost all hope. Kerri isn't just a great real estate agent, she's so much more. She was available when we needed her, but was not pushy in any way. Her number one goal was to help us find our home, not just a house, and that's what happened. When we found The One, we just knew. Kerri and her team could not have made the process any easier, including negotiations and despite being in the middle of a pandemic. We love our house so much that we endearingly named him Frank, as he's not just a house to us; he's our forever home. I simply cannot recommend Kerri highly enough.

Kerri spent all summer and into fall helping us find our first home! We went from house to house never missing a beat. She was always on top of it, gave us great advice and communicated effectively with selling agents. If you're looking for someone with great experience, amazing communication skills and overall knowledge of the market trends then Kerri is your person. You will end up where you are meant to be; Kerri must have told me that a hundred times. You will end up where you are meant to be, and of course, she was right. After two years of house searching, thousands of listings viewed, countless hours touring, putting in offers and backing out, changing the area we were going to buy in, completely dropping all of our “musts haves” for our dream house, and just feeling defeated – Kerri assured us we would find our dream home. She directed us throughout the entire process, giving us advice, pointing out important parts of the houses during walkthroughs, pointing us toward great people and companies to work with, and, most importantly, Kerri was patient. She sat by our side until magically one day, we found our home. Every day, we see more and more things that we love about our home, consistently saying how much we love it. Kerri immediately got us a tour the next day during a pandemic when our house came onto the market. We were the first to tour the house. When we walked in the doors, my husband and I just knew from the beautiful built-ins, to the loft with the most perfect lighting for creating art, to the wrap-around deck and pool. Somehow after dropping all our wants – we found a house that checks all the boxes. Kerri helped us submit an offer right away. They had an open house the next day, and after seeing how many people showed up, Kerri helped us again – submit another offer – and this time, we got it. Everything from there on out was smooth sailing. Buying a house during a pandemic is incredibly stressful; Kerri made it a breeze. It’s been six months since we purchased our home, and every day we are grateful for Kerri, who helped us find our sweet home, Frank. She is the perfect person to help you find your family's dream home.

My husband and I were first time home buyers and Kerri really took the time to make sure we ended up in a house we loved. We looked at a few houses before the one we ended up buying and she was very honest and up front with how she felt about the property and whether or not she thought it was the right choice and a good investment. She is so sweet and sent us a lovely gift after we moved into our new home. Kerri is wonderful and I would absolutely recommend her.
