I've worked with Susan for a few years now through a few home and rental property purchases. She is the perfect representation whether you are first time homebuyer or seasoned homeowner. Through every step in the process, Susan never fails to make me feel supported and answers all my questions super quickly! She is incredibly knowledgable and the best at what she does. I feel so much more confident with her on my side and I can't wait to work with her again.

It was a pleasure working with Susan. She was very professional through out the process of selling our home. Susan has a great understanding of the current real estate market. She looked at our property and did a thorough market analysis. We discussed the listing price based on current closed sales, held an open house and sold the property for more than list price. I bought and sold a house with Sue. Absolutely the best realtor in the area hands down! She is honest, hard working, willing to tell you the positives and negatives of a property. Exactly what you want in a great realtor, not about the sale but wants you to be happy. We looked at houses together for so long, I can’t believe she stuck with us. She is a friend in my book. I will always highly highly recommend her to anyone I know!

Where do I begin... As a first time home buyer, I was completely lost. I had no idea where to begin or what the home buying process consisted of. From the start, Susan made me feel assured and walked me through the whole process. From connecting me with her local bank contacts to answering any and all of my questions very quickly, I felt an incredible amount of support through my entire home buying journey - she made me feel like no question was stupid and made herself available after hours. Susan constantly sent me listings and quickly scheduled showings. Unlike many real estate professionals, Susan was honest and transparent through all showings and negotiations. It was clear that she was advocating for me and always kept open communication. While I was happy to close on my home, I did feel a little sad that I would not be seeing her or chatting as often moving forward. Susan made me feel comfortable, heard, and was an excellent representative through all house buying motions. There is no question that I will be contacting Susan for all my restate needs moving forward. Thank you, Susan! You are the best!

Sue is the only person I trust with buying or selling property. Her knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor cannot be matched by anyone! In both instances we've worked with her she was able to sell our properties quickly, and at a higher price!
