WOW!! What a great experience with Lizbeth and her entire team ! I have never believed in Real Estate Agent before until I met her ! She represented me as the seller in Happy Valley. Let me share with you the story: I have interviewed 4 real estate agents and unfortunately none met my expectations and I was confident that I could do this by myself but to be honest I did not want to go through this by myself so I decided to give a chance to one more agent. I found her name on one of the houses in the neighborhood and she sold the property for above what other houses were selling so that attracted me :), so I called her and she came in and we met and she was already ready with the market analysis, everything what she said and had with her made sense, so guess what ? Her analysis showed much higher to what other agents showed us. Lizbeth was on top of all leads and communicated very quickly until the property sold !!!! Her work ethic and negotiation skills are way above expectations, she is very committed and I can go on and on. If I would have hired other agents or sold our home myself I would have sold it for much less. Do yourself a favor and at least call her and meet her before you hire someone else. Yand did great job to put my rental property on the market quickly, also took many nice photos that I can't image that is my home that I used live there before. the tenant she found out is very nice and easy to work because she help me to check tenant background and credits, also she did some interview to make sure my tenant has nice attitude to communicate. I have some old mails that been received by tenant, she help me communicate with tenant to holding all mails for me. very thoughtful and easy to communicate.

LizBeth was great! We needed to sell our home and purchase our new home quickly and she jumped in right away and got things moving. She went above and beyond to get us potential buyers and helped us with fixing up our home for the sale. LizBeth didn't let a potential buyer's agent try to strong arm us into dropping our price. She let him know we weren't going to play his games. In the end, we found the right buyer and sold our home for our asking price. We would definitely recommend LizBeth to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home.
