Marci & Co. Realty Group did a wonderful job listing and selling our house in Greenland NH. Professionalism from introduction to closing and the process could not have gone smoother. Marci Francis is your definite "go-to" realtor on the Seacoast. If we could give her and her assistant, Sabrina 10 stars we would. We worked for Marci for a number of years in trying to find the right condo. Sadly, the pandemic and personal illness interrupted our plans several times to downsize but Marci stuck with us and showed patience and compassion through it all! When we were ready to take the step, she gave 150% in helping us to find the perfect home and finding the right buyer for our home. Marci is a true professional and she is not only aware of the market but also ways in which her clients can find just the right financing and contingency agreements to make it all possible. She and Sabrina took care of every detail...we did not have to worry about a thing!
