Marietta did an exceptional job selling my elderly mothers home. Her expertise, knowledge and effort is unparalleled. She provided all the resources necessary to expedite the sale while achieving a favorable market price. She provided good subcontractors to do repair work and acted as the point of contact for all contractors and inspection professionals throughout the sales process. Marietta was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable on the process to purchase a home. I am now a first time home owner and I felt very comfortable working with her. She was able to answer all our questions, was great with negotiations and was very attentive to our needs.
