Melissa did a great job selling our property when another agent could not. Sold in less than 120 days. Great communications. Our property was developed land that was awaiting the right buyer to start the building process.

Melissa helped me find the perfect house for me and my family. She always answered calls and emails! She was able to answer all of my many questions (even if I had asked them 1000 times already). She made buying my house as painless as possible and looked out for me throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured and always felt that everything was done on my time. I recommend her to everyone as she is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the house buying process.

Melissa was an awesome help and just plain fun to be around during the process. We are extremely happy with our home and enjoyed getting to know Melissa in the process.
