Michael and the Vearus Group were a blessing to work with. As first-time home buyers, we were initially overwhelmed, but Michael was extremely knowledgeable and clearly had our best interest at heart. He kept us within budget, and caught a lot of red flags we would have otherwise missed. We learned so much from our experience with Michael, always making sure to keep us informed and educating us along the way. In a competitive market, he was always available and was tenacious in his pursuit for our ideal home. It was like having a family member in our corner. He negotiated shrewdly on our behalf, going above and beyond to secure the best possible deal. We truly couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience, and we will certainly be returning to Michael and the Vearus Group with future real estate needs.

Michael Weaver is very honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about real estate business. He helped to sell two of my properties. He works very hard to get his job done. He is also very quick about returning your calls or texts. I highly recommend him for selling your home or business property.

Michael is a personable and knowledgeable realtor, who goes above and beyond to help his clients find and get what they're looking for. When our sellers' agent was hard to reach, he even the seller in getting all of the information they needed to ensure a smooth process. He also helped us find good people to help us sell our home in Ohio. I'll work with TVG every time.

We were first time home buyers and had to move very quickly for my job. We had no idea of what to do or how to go about getting financing, inspections, appraisals, and everything else that goes along with buying a home. Needless to say we were way in over our head. Then Michael became our agent and we didn't have to worry about anything else again. We put our full faith and trust into Michael that he would deliver on the things he said. We were not disappointed. Michael showed himself to be the BEST real estate agent I have ever been in contact with. It was such a seem less process and we couldn't of asked for a better experience or agent. Michael is a tough negotiator and he will deliver on anything and everything he says he will do. I HIGHLY recommend Michael, he is a great realtor as well as person!!

Michael was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and not just trying to make a quick sale. I would definitely recommend and use his skills on our nextensive purchase!
