Rebecca Agosta is an outstanding Realtor and I can not begin to stress how happy I am with this entire process. Rebecca has a wealth of experience and knowledge. She was never pushy and she was able to quickly select the types of properties I would've liked and her communication was second to none. I strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. I am beyond satisfied.

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with. She knows the area very well, was extremely responsive, and guided us through the stressful process of buying a home. She also gave us great recommendations on local people to work with. We would definitely work with Rebecca again!

DO NOT HESITATE to ask Rebecca to be your agent! What a kind and caring human; she truly had our best interest at heart--both financially and in terms of what house would be best for us. On more than one occasion she advised us against considering a property. And when it came to making and offer and putting together a contract, she was on top of it and gave excellent advise. She didn't let our eagerness to find a place cloud our judgment on what to offer. We got our new home and give her full credit!

Derek is a class act and I highly, highly recommend working with him. I will never recommend another realtor in Beacon. We have worked with several realtors in the area and Derek is on another level. He has impeccable communication skills, is a true hustler, and really cares about your desires & concerns. At no point did I feel like he was trying to push something that wasn't right for us, or pressure us into anything at all. He always responded to me promptly and professionally which is very different than our experience with other realtors in the area...we just moved into our new home that is absolutely perfect for us. We managed to snag it thanks to Derek getting us in for a showing ASAP and making very successful & smart suggestions on how to make a great offer. Our home had over 6 offers on it in the course of two days, and I type this from inside my new lovely house! THANKS DEREK!!!

Working with Rebecca was a pleasure. I was new to Beacon and she offered an incredible amount of information that was very handy when making a decision to buy in an area you are not familiar with. Rebecca was upfront and honest about the buying process which made life much easier. In other words, there were no surprises. Buying a piece of property is stressful, Rebecca made the process that much smoother. I highly recommend her, she is the person you want on your side when making decisions during the home buying process.
