We recently worked with Robert Plank on the purchase of a second home/investment property in Pawley's Island, SC. Because we were managing this transaction from a distance, we had to choose a realtor we could trust with a wealth of knowledge in the area where we hoped to buy. From the initial phone call in July, Robert proved to be the perfect fit for us. He was readily available when we wanted to see 8-10 properties in a very short period of time with little notice, and immediately pivoted our home search when he got to know more about what we were seeking. When my husband decided on a Friday afternoon he wanted another full day of listings on the very next day, Robert was accommodating and available. When the homes he wanted to see changed on an hourly basis, again, Robert was unflappable. Robert’s own experience as a home owner and real estate investor helped to add personal expertise to our search that is invaluable. Robert was fully available to us, by phone, email, text and in-person from the start of our search via phone, through a few jam packed visits, and all the way to our closing day in February. We could not recommend him more highly and he will be our first phone call if we plan to buy or sell in the area again.
