Friendly and professional. Robin is a friendly and professional real estate professional who got my house sold above what I thought I could get it for and what another professional recommended it for. The pictures were professional and looked great. She answered all my questions and was easy to get ahold of. She has lots of knowledge of the Pittsburgh area

Robin exceeded all of our expectations during the sale of our house. Robin’s experience as a realtor and her professionalism made the entire process go smoothly. Before listing our house, Robin suggested a number of simple updates to make our house more appealing to buyers. This allowed us to get a higher sales price than we anticipated. Robin also provided us with a number of tips and recommendations when staging the house that made our house look stunning. Robin utilized a professional photographer which resulted in incredible photos. These were posted to all of the top real estate websites. Robin also put together an amazing, professionally produced, glossy brochure to assist in the marketing of the house. Robin held a number of open houses, including an open house specifically for realtors in the area who might have clients that would be interested. She kept us up to date every step along the way. She provided us with timely, detailed feedback from realtors and their clients for all showings and open houses. She also provided us with weekly updates on all on-line activity. Robin was always available to answer any questions we had. She promptly returned all calls and emails. Once we received an offer, Robin’s experience and savviness as a negotiator allowed us to receive the maximum amount for our house and quickly close a deal.
