Karl is very knowledgeable about the Civita neighborhood and helped us with finding the perfect home that meets all our needs. Karl was very patient and calm throughout the process of buying a home, which made the process less stressful. Karl is very thoughtful and a good listener who truly understood our situation and needs. We were very grateful that we worked with Karl on buying our home in Civita. We found Karl out through a recommendation from Compass when we were looking for a new place in San Diego. It has been a journey. Karl not only has been a realtor with integrity, but one also with PATIENCE! I have put this poor guy through many areas to try and find a place. He has always been patient and straight forward with information on each area we were looking at. We finally ended up with a place in Civita, which will be for our family and friends to visit when we are out here.We were so impressed with Karl that we plan to continue with him on our journey to find our dream home once I finally retire. He and his group are the BEST! I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a less stressful experience on a decision that is very important to make. He helped us navigate the most difficult housing market in the U.S. He and his team were very responsive, helping us sell our old home and buy our new one simultaneously with ease. Karl is an awesome real estate agent. He listens carefully and quickly understood what we were looking for (perhaps better than we did). His deep knowledge of the local market (particularly the Civita neighborhood) helped us find an off-market listing that ticked all our boxes. We were living in the Bay Area, and Karl did a great job helping us navigate much of the process remotely. He’s a great communicator with an easy sense of humor, which we definitely appreciated during the trickier moments of the process! Karl handled the sale of our home so elegantly from start to finish. He found us buyers that were interested off-market, was present for vendor appointments when we were out of town, and was ultra communicative throughout the process. We were able to work out a rent-back with the new buyers which worked well for everyone timing-wise and made the transaction very comfortable. Would highly recommend Karl and his team- there is no absence of effort on their end!
