I made contact with Megan and Ryan over a year ago. I thought it was a scam message ;) I ended up saving their contact info, almost a year later, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we decided to move back to KY and sell our home in FL. Megan and Ryan really stepped up to the plate to help us in our time of need. They watched over our home and monitored the repairs as if it was their own home. We were under contract and closed within 2 months of putting our house on the market! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. They’re both extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy!

Ryan and Megan were an amazing team working together seamlessly to make the process enjoyable and exciting. They had clearly done their homework and were experts in the property and the town, able to answer every question we posed and even a few we didn't know to ask. They were honest and informative through every step, a real professional team I would highly recommend to anyone.

Ryan and Megan Winslow helped me plan renovations and updates to my property that were tasteful and which received excellent feedback from potential buyers when completed. They marketed the property effectively, resulting in many interested parties and successful sale of my unique property.
