We worked with Sheila for the second time when we decided to sell our home in Kenwood. She was very easy to work with, provided timely guidance, and excellent advice on how to prep the property before going on the market. Her patience and calming advocacy was a great value for us during this stressful event. Fortunately all her advice and guidance led to a dream offer and rapid close on the transaction. We definitely would recommend her to anyone considering a real estate transaction in Sonoma County.

If we did not have Sheila as our agent, we probably would not be in our dream house right now. She was instrumental in us getting this wonderful property. Our sale was quite complicated and it took us 6 months to close for a variety of reasons. Sheila dealt with the ups and downs of our transaction with grace and her expertise was absolutely necessary and we navigated a very difficult real estate transaction. She never lost her cool and always stayed patient. Whenever we had questions she either had answers or promptly researched it to get back to us as soon as possible. Her negotiation skills were also necessary to get the sale done. She was a shrewd negotiator but was always super polite and kind in her dealings with others. Because our transaction was complicated we had lots of questions and there was a lot of back and forth in the 6 months it took to close. Sheila was always patient with us and continued to guide us through the process. There were several times where it looked like the sale might not go through, and we started to look around at other houses. But Sheila knew that we really had our heart set on this one. And she kept pulling for us and encouraging us, and her persistence led to us getting our house in the end. Like I said in the beginning, we truly could not have done this without Sheila. I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking for a property in our area!

I have bought and sold several properties in the past few years and Shiela is the best agent I have worked with. I completely trusted her guidance and have no reservations about recommending her to a friend. Her knowledge on what the market will bare and how to get the most out of the sale is spot on!

Shiela is a wonderful agent in every way! She is knowledgeable about every aspect of her field, always responsive, organized and detail oriented. She is also precise and clear in all her explanations. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in wine country.

Sheila was fantastic throughout the whole purchase process. She was quite instrumental to helping get the deal completed as it was not very easy. Her knowledge of the area was extremely valuable in narrowing down to which neighborhoods to focus on. She took note of what we were interested in and helped narrow the search of homes to what she knew we would be interested in. We would definitely work with her again!
