My wife and I worked with Tomas this summer to buy our first home. He came as a recommendation from another realtor we knew and boy were we glad. Tomas is very on the ball with the whole process. For us, our time frame was very short which became very stressful. We were trying to get married and buy a home in just a couple months and Tomas made the process as smooth as possible for us with his charisma and hard work. Tomas is a very good communicator and he'll return your phone calls. He'll update you on every process and explain to you what's going on, what you need to understand, and will answer any questions you might have. He's also always on time when you need to meet him somewhere. When working with someone like Tomas the most important quality I personally require is integrity with whomever you do business with. I don't have time to waste on people who jerk me around and spin a bunch of stories or excuses to me. Thankfully, Tomas is a man of integrity and I'll continue to do business with him in the years to come and would recommend him to anyone. We also had a some lender issues that caused a few delays in our closing which was very stressful but Tomas was right there with us, keeping us motivated, making phone calls for us and going the extra mile. You definitely sleep better at night knowing Tomas is working for you. Lastly, I like working with people who treat you like you're a friend or family and that's exactly what Tomas did for us. By the end of the process you've gained a friend who's there to help you and that's Tomas.

Super helpful, always available, got my rates lower than I was expecting, and got the house cheaper then was listed. Erick sent me a ton of different properties locations and area sets that would fit my budget, and didn't send me the properties that would be out of my reach.

Erick's knowledge of the Portland Metro areas and expertise in negotiations helped us find our dream home that met our requirements (close to work, great community, amazing views, & not far from the vibrant downtown). Erick's responsiveness to our every ping and incredible patience in understanding and addressing our needs, left a tremendously positive experience throughout this process. Erick was great to work with and helpful throughout the entire process, from our first meeting where he just wanted to get to know me, to the multiple weekends of scouting out properties. Erick knew exactly which neighborhoods fit my search criteria, which made finding my new home a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend working with Erick and his team.

Thomas was great , very helpful and informative. I was looking for a fixer upper house. He showed me several houses and gave me detailed information as well as make great recommendations on price. Smoothest, simplest, most enjoyable real estate experience I have had. The Navarro team were easy to work with and kept communication flowing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Tomas to my friends, and I would use him again.
