Tyler helped us purchase our new home and we highly recommend working with him. He guided us through every step of the process, clearly explaining everything. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, flexible and patient. This was my first time purchasing a home and he made sure I understood the process every step of the way. Working with Tyler was great. I was fortunate enough to have him as my agent back in 2019 when I bought my house and again in 2023 when I just sold it. Throughout both processes he was incredibly responsive/timely (available 24/7 and never late to an appointment), worked extremely hard (even helped with some yard work before an open house event), and negotiated price on both the purchase and sale that left me extremely happy. I cannot say enough great things about working with Tyler and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.

Tyler Horst is the most knowledgeable agent we could ever ask for, every step of the process was made easier due to his attention to detail, kindness and consideration. We made the purchase of our new home from out of state. He went to any homes we were interested in, took videos, pictures and called to talk about what his observations were and how each home might fit our needs. Tyler negotiated on our behalf brilliantly and we were able to stay within our budget at closing. His follow-up after the purchase was completed, has been extraordinary. He even went to our new house and measured the rooms for us! Our son and daughter in law also purchased their home with Tyler and they were so pleased that they suggested him to us.
