Wendy is very knowledgeable, friendly and had our house under contract in less than a week. Even after the sale of the house she is still helping me finding another home. I really enjoy working together with Wendy.

Wendy's knowledge of the area, the people and neighborhood was bar none. Being new to the area (Southern NH) and in a time crunch we enlisted Wendy as our buyer's agent. Within a few select showings we found a property we liked. Wendy then helped us negotiate a fair price and guided us to a successful closing. We strongly recommend Wendy if your planning to buy or sell your house.

Wendy is great in both ways professionally and personally. I met Wendy when I bought my house in NH. At that time, she was representing the seller, and not me, but her professionalism called my attention, and I knew she was the right person to chose when I wanted to sell my house. Two years later, I decided to sell my house because of my relocation to CA. Because of my indirect previous experience with her, I decided to have her representing me for selling my house. And again my experience selling my house was excellent and beyond my expectations. She was always on top of every detail of the selling which was great because my family and I had moved already to CA. I highly recommend her!

This was an incredibly difficult home search given the very specific requirements (needing an in-law/out-of-state commute). We were also very picky when it came to locations and school systems as we have young children. Wendy was patient, responsive, informative and genuinely concerned to help us find the right house. She walked through dozens of homes with us and researched hundreds of others on our behalf. The best compliment I can give Wendy is to point out that she could have gotten rid of us and earned her commission many times but she actually talked me out of sales that could have caused problems for us down the road. Her knowledge of the market, construction, and the laws surrounding a home purchase were all top notch. She helped us negotiate with aggressive sellers and handled the paperwork with ease. Wendy truly had our best interests at heart and I felt like we had earned a friend by the end of the process! Thank you Wendy!

We had been using another agent for a year when we switched to Wendy. She brought in buyers and sold the house in just one week!! Wendy knows how to sell a house to the right people. She has the skill and experience to fit the right house to the correct buyer. I wouldn't hesitate to use her expertise again to assist me or recommend her to others if they need to find or sell a property.
