Woody is the best! We sold San Diego Housing Commission-affordable house. This is very different selling process and needs lots of communication between SDHC and buyers. Woody is best to communicate SDHC and everything was perfect from identification of qualified buyers to closing escrow. There were unexpected issues during the escrow, like tons of repair and doc signings, but we went throughout all of them and he always helped us to resolve those. He is very responsive and kindly and immediately answers our questions, whatever it is simple or difficult. I really thank him and I am lucky to work with him, specially like our case. I definitely want to work with him in next home buying/selling.

Woody and his Team did an outstanding job. We received multiple offers. He got us 62k above asking listing price. Phenomenal Job. His Daughter showcased property in a 3D video which I think helped us. Woody responds to his cell phone and emails very promptly. I would highly recommend him and his services.I researched his back ground and was very impressed with his prior Service to Military and Education. The whole process was flawless, and he has the knowledge and expertise to deal with a probate case. Thanks Woody.

Woody has been in the real estate business for years so he is very knowledgeable and experienced. We had encountered some issues with the buyer during the closing process but Woody was there every step of the way, giving constructive and helpful advices, offering all the help he could!
