If you are looking for a realtor that demonstrates true compassion, one that really works for you from the VERY first moment you meet her, one that isn't afraid to speak of her faith and how it helps her, then Afrouz Kameli is your person. We first met Ms. Kameli in mid-July, when as an empty nester, I was looking to downsize. My particular circumstance was somewhat unique, as I was looking for a rare one-level ranch property, no steps, close to my work, and with no exterior maintenance required on my part. In the meantime, my current house had quickly gone under contract, without even having been formally listed. This was great, but it also brought a fair amount of stress for me to find something that checked most of the boxes that were “must haves” for me. Afrouz never lost confidence that the right place was out there. To be safe though, we changed strategy and began also looking for rental properties as a backup plan. One evening, after having looked at 3 possible rentals in a row and none of them not quite meeting my needs, I went home defeated that I was just going to have to settle. Then later that night, as if through divine intervention, a new listing popped up on my phone. Right place, right size, right price. I reached out to Ms. Kameli to confirm the listing, which she did, and then arranged for us to look at it the next morning. It was the ONE. Knowing the market, and how quickly listings were getting gobbled up, Afrouz put together a strong offer. I am convinced that it was her steadfastness and unwavering faith that resulted in me finding the place that was meant for me. But Ms. Kameli didn’t stop there, arranging an independent and thorough home inspection, assisting me with finding a credible lender, and even people to help me de-clutter and get my belongings packed for the move to my new home. She has been a start to finish miracle worker, and I am so incredibly fortunate to have someone of her character working for me.
