Working with April to sell our home in Orcutt was a fantastic experience. She quickly understood our goals and worked fast to list our property and get under contract quickly so we could move forward with an out of state purchase. Maudia is amazing! She went above and beyond for us to close on the house we were buying as well as selling while we were on vacation… we didn’t have to worry about anything. She took her time in showing us homes and was sure to make sure it was something we would love today and years to come! Maudia we can’t thank you enough for your patience and constant communication, answering all my many questions and getting things done!

This was the second real estate transaction I have used April for and both times were absolutely amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable and beyond professional when it comes to her job, she makes everything on the clients end completely free from stress and worry and deals with everything in such a timely matter. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
