Very good about setting up appointments to view homes. I had specific days in the area to view homes and she was very accommodating with my schedule.

Irene is an amazing realtor. She was extremely helpful in finding us an affordable house of our dreams. Closing took a bit longer than anticipated because of issues we were having selling our previous home. Irene never panicked and never gave up. She worked with us and our realtor back home to settle the myriad of issues that arose. She went above and beyond to make sure that this worked for us. I would highly recommend her!

With my busy work schedule it was nice working with Irene! She kept me informed and was responsive to my requests. Additionally, her knowledge and negotiating skills made the difference in closing the sale of my home. I would highly recommend Irene Ryn in the purchase or sale of your house.

We were relocating from the Bay Area down to the Central Cost and not to familiar with the area, Irene was able to help us with her knowledge of the Central Cost to locate a home which fit perfectly with our budget, requested needs and desires and in the perfect location for us. With us still living in the bay area she followed up constantly with us as to any items that needed our immediate attention. In addition with the relocation we were also using a loan processor which was located in the bay area. Irene kept in constant contact with the loan processor to ensure that everything was received by the loan processor to closed escrow in a timely manner. I honestly have to say that if we did not have Irene working for us we may not have been able to get our dream home and our relocation would not have happened. Thank you Irene for being an outstanding agent and making us feel as though we were your only clients!!

I can't imagine a better real estate agent to work with. I tried two other agents before I met Irene and they were not engaged, didn't remember crucial details and didn't work hard to gain my business or my trust. Irene did all of those things. She stayed in touch and was always on top of what I was looking for. She was also kind enough to adjust her schedule for me every time I was able to make the 4 hour commute to look at houses. Once we found the right place, she was both knowledgeable in the negotiation, trying to get me the best price, and receptive to how aggressive I wanted to counter when I realized I really wanted this house. She even added a letter/email to the negotiation about me to the previous owners in order to really show who I was and why I was interested in the home; and in my opinion that was the main reason why they did not hold out longer for the few extra thousand they were looking for. She also brought in very professional and easy to work with contractors to get quotes on any work that possibly needed to be done. I really feel she had my best interest as the customer/home buyer in mind at all times. After I purchased my home, she followed up to make sure I was happy and that there were no issues. She really helped me understand more about the process and what I should look out for through it all, without making me feel like I couldn't understand as others I worked with did. I have been in my home for over a year now and I'm very happy with it. I'm very happy to be able to share my experience as I don't think most agents are anywhere near as good as Irene is. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the outstanding job Irene does and the way in which she helped me and my family through our home buying process.
