Nick was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Flawless experience selling our home!! I highly recommend Nick in any future sales. ?? Any issues were quickly solved and i can not stress enough he’s very good at what he does.

Nick took me to see countless homes in the area. He was very knowledgeable about the process and general information about home ownership and he set expectations well. Was always courteous, professional and informative. He did not "sugar coat" what he was seeing on any particular house, he gave his honest perspective which was exactly what I needed to hear. Nick recognized my standards and priorities for a home after the first tour and kept those things in mind as we toured about 30 more. Nick was always very response to me via text and email. He always kept me in the loop throughout the process (I was under contract on 3 different homes in total). I cannot over-stress the value of Nick being responsive during probably one of the busiest streches in his career as the housing market was crazy throughout my search, and Nick made me feel like I was his top priority. I don't recall Nick ever being late for a tour or inspection and when he was not available due to scheduling conflicts (which was very rare) he made sure Scott was present instead to assist me, who was also very helpful. I may plan to dip my feet into the rental properties at some point in the future and if I do, my top priority will be securing Nick as my agent once again.
