He was remarkably helpful to us. We were looking for a particular home, and he understood it and guided us every step of the way. It was our first home in NH, and we were very concerned about the area. He explained the neighborhoods, pros, cons, and everything involved with the purchase. He gave us all the details, explained everything, and ensured we understood everything. He kept in touch with us throughout the buying process and confirmed everything was right for the closing. Everything was so easy and smooth because of Cody. We were so grateful to him.

Our story starts with a decision to move out of Texas at the beginning of 2022. During our research, we discovered Cody's YouTube channel, which has plenty of valuable information. So we decided to contact Cody and see if he could help us with this long journey. Fast forward seven months, I am writing this email from my new office in my new home. Cody was an exceptional partner in our long journey, with an extraordinary work ethic, communication skills, and punctuality (which is critical in our case). Patient, calm and professional, he was our eyes, nose, and feel on the ground, making us fall in love with New Hampshire and explaining every step of the process with all the new terms I didn't know. We visited over 20 proprieties and offered a dozen of them. We cannot thank Cody enough. He was our incredible adviser, and we felt like we had a partner representing our needs and rooting for us locally. Visiting the proprieties and chatting about market trends and towns to focus on, including the schools in each area, advising over financial and offer steps, touring, and closing the house were all easy tasks with the help of our excellent counsel. I can't find the words to describe what a wonderful person Cody Barna is! If you're moving to NH, please contact Cody. Cody responds to messages promptly, professionally, always courteous and kind. Cody has so many facts about NH, the towns the people, population and just everything you need to know. All Realtors should be like Cody Barna. We needed a good agent to help us relocate from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. When doing research about New Hampshire towns, we had discovered Cody Barna. Cody produces excellent youtube videos about living in New Hampshire and gives very detailed information about specific towns. We were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding. Cody was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the market and very honest. Also he is excellent at explaining all of the paperwork that must be completed in this process. We highly recommend working with Cody Barna. you will not be disappointed!
