Sergio seemed to be the most aggressive agent, contacting us not too much, but enough to let us know he was wiling to work for our business. Perfect in every manner. Sergio was outstanding. How much of that was specifically Baird & Warner, I am not sure, but what we are sure about is if Sergio went with a different broker, we would follow Sergio. If you have no time to beat around the bush and need a straight shooter to get your property sold NOW!, then you need Sergio. If we liked/agreed with Sergio's suggestions or not, he gave us the suggestions needed to sell our house within 2 months of hitting the market. I was selling a property in Illinois that used to belong to my dad. Unfortunately, I live in Indiana. Sergio went above and beyond to be my eyes & ears locally. I always felt very comfortable and confident in his capacity to do so. From the first time I met him to see his detailed presentation about how to market my property, I was sold that he'd have my best interests at heart. His use of online marketing was superb. We have lived in our house for almost 30 years. But due to work, we needed to relocate out of state. We also had a challenging house to sell due to being the biggest house in the neighborhood. He walked us through the entire process and provided an entire team that helped make the house ready for listing quickly. By following Sergio's recommendations we were able to sell and close shortly after moving out od state.

Sergio help me sold my house. He knows the market for my area and is a very good negotiater. He did two to three open house for me and the brochure very great also.
